Terms of Sale

Les présentes Terms of Sale (CGV) régissent la vente des licences du plugin WordPress « Apimo Connector » et de ses extensions (« add-ons »), commercialisés par la société BANSO. Toute commande passée sur le site apimo-connector.com implique l'acceptation sans réserve des présentes CGV.

02 Products
The site offers for sale an annual license of the core plugin "Apimo Connector", as well as add-ons sold separately (Elementor Listings, Favorites, Currency & Unit Converter). The features and prices of each product are detailed on the site's "Pricing" page.
03 Price
Prices are shown in euros. Unless stated otherwise, they are exclusive or inclusive of tax depending on the customer's location, in accordance with applicable regulations. BANSO reserves the right to change its prices at any time; orders already confirmed are not affected by any subsequent price change.
04 Order and payment
Orders are paid by card via Stripe, in the form of an annual subscription automatically renewed at expiry unless cancelled. No trial period is offered. The license (and any associated add-ons) is activated as soon as payment is confirmed by Stripe.
05 Nature of the license
The purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable annual license to use the plugin for the number of WordPress sites provided by the subscribed plan. This license does not transfer any intellectual property rights over the source code, which remains the property of BANSO.
06 Term and renewal
The license is subscribed for a period of one year from the activation date. Unless cancelled by the customer before expiry, the subscription may be renewed according to the terms indicated when ordering. The customer may manage or cancel their subscription at any time by contacting BANSO.
07 Updates and support
Plugin updates and email technical support are included for the entire validity period of the license. Upon expiry or non-renewal, access to updates and support is suspended; the plugin already installed continues to function but is no longer synchronized or maintained.
08 Add-ons
Each add-on is a separate product from the Apimo Connector license, subscribed to and billed independently. An add-on requires the core plugin to be actively installed in order to work.
09 Withdrawal and refunds
The licenses sold on this site are intended for professional use (real estate agencies, web agencies, developers). Consequently, and in line with the professional nature of the sale, no automatic right of withdrawal applies. Any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting BANSO at the address above.
10 Liability
BANSO makes every effort to ensure the reliability and availability of the plugin, without guaranteeing absolute compatibility with all WordPress configurations, themes, or third-party extensions. BANSO cannot be held liable for any malfunction resulting from a modification to the customer's site, a conflict with another extension, or an interruption of the Apimo service beyond its control.
11 Applicable law and disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by the law of Monaco. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the courts of the Principality of Monaco shall have sole jurisdiction.
